The teams from Switzerland and Germany meet in order to enhance the exchange of ideas and information between the two countries.
The ERGO-line team is growing, both in Germany and Switzerland. A good reason to meet regularly in person for a comprehensive exchange of knowledge and ideas. In order to improve the exchange of knowledge and ideas between the two countries, we intend to hold a meeting on site twice a year in the future to discuss internal topics. Direct communication and an optimal flow of information are particularly important to us. In addition to getting to know colleagues personally, the first meeting dealt with the topic of «ERGO-line standards».
The aim was to coordinate our processes and define certain "ERGO-line standards" in the areas of sales and logistics in order to present a uniform image both in-house and on the market. As not everyone from Switzerland had been able to get to know the Schwarzach branch, the first meeting took place in Schwarzach.
It was nice to see everyone again in person! And everyone is already looking forward to the follow-up meeting.
