ERGO-Basic assembly table

What was required and what products were used?
ERGO-line was commissioned by the company agtatec AG, a member of the record group based in Fehraltorf, to renew and optimise the production lines in use.

The on-site meetings showed that ergonomics and flexibility of the workstations are very important. As it is mainly electronic components that are processed, the ERGO-Basic ESD version was chosen. As all ERGO-line products are powder-coated with conductive paint in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1, only the worktop had to be adapted.

What areas of application was our product used for?
For the production of sliding, folding and swing doors, revolving doors, airtight and hygienic doors, fire and smoke protection doors, one-way passenger door systems, high-speed doors for industrial applications as well as security doors for use on escape and rescue routes.
