What was required and what products were used?

In 1873, Jacob Rohner started with eight machines in a building owned by his father. Today, Rohner's socks have evolved further. Through innovations and new technologies, Rohner takes socks to the next level. Rohner socks offer unrivalled functionality, quality and design aspects.

The Rohner company was already equipped with work tables, but they no longer met today's requirements. Since we had already delivered a work table a few years ago, we were asked to prepare a quotation/visualisations. The customer liked them very much and so we were then allowed to start with the implementation.

The previous workflows/packing stations were retained or selectively expanded or updated. Only the ERGO-Basic was used in this project. Height adjustment with a hand crank was installed on the packing tables.

In addition to the work tables, we were also asked to install a low-noise roller conveyor with plastic rollers.

What areas of application was our product used for?
Our ERGO-Basic model was integrated into the work processes/packing stations. In specific terms, incoming goods, pre-packaging, outgoing goods and picking stations were equipped with our ERGO-Basic.

What did the customer appreciate about us?
The workstations were delivered by our fitters and set up on site according to the customer’s specifications/visualisations. The customer particularly appreciated our customer service, our knowledge, our friendliness and the cooperation, as well as the product quality and project implementation by our assembly team.
