What was required and what products were used? 
The family company KNF has established itself as a solution provider at the global level. It specialises in the development, design, production and sale of diaphragm pumps for pumping gases and liquids at 17 locations worldwide. In order to optimise the manufacturing process, our height-adjustable ERGO-Vario Plus workstation systems were chosen.

In this respect, the customer gave us very precise specifications regarding the use of the machinery in the overall process, as well as concerning what small parts had to be installed for the individual process steps.

What areas of application was our product used for?
Our product is used to optimise the manufacturing processes at KNF. In addition to the optimal positioning of the small parts, the ergonomics and modular system also play a decisive role.

What did the customer appreciate about us?
The workstations were delivered by our fitters and set up on site according to the customer’s specifications/visualisations. The customer particularly appreciated our customer service, our knowledge, our friendliness and the cooperation, as well as the product quality and project implementation by our assembly team.
