Packing tables for outgoing goods and order picking

What was required and what products were used?
Sonepar Suisse AG is one of the leading companies in the Swiss electrical wholesale sector and is part of the French Sonepar Group. Sonepar operates in 14 locations in Switzerland and has 450 committed employees.

Sonepar's order was to optimise the outdated outgoing goods station with the associated conveyor technology and adapt it to today's requirements. To execute the order, ERGO-Basic tables and gravity roller conveyors were installed.

What areas of application was our product used for? 
3 outgoing goods lines:

• Setup stations
• Picking workstations
• Packing workstation for special products

Each of the three outgoing goods lines was equipped with three gravity roller conveyors. In this way, the pre-packaging can be divided according to size and weight and accumulated for picking.

What did the customer appreciate about us?
The customer particularly appreciated our friendly and competent advice. After delivery, the workplaces were set up by our fitters. The customer praised the cooperation, our range selection, our flexibility and the project implementation as a whole.
